Return Policy

At Mosaic Source, we want to make sure our customers absolutely love our products. If you make a purchase and do not love it, we have a 15 day return policy. A refund will be issued for any products returned in the same condition they were received within fifteen (15) days of the date the goods were received by the buyer.

It is your responsibility to ensure you are available to receive the goods or provide the carrier a alternative . Goods that are valued $250 and over require a signature on delivery .All goods travelling across international borders are subject to customs formalities ,we do our best to provide all relevant customs documentation though in some cases customs may charge destination fees , this is your responsibility and cannot be held against us as a reason for a refund. Refusal of goods at your door once shipped, in this case payments made will not be refunded .Goods not accepted , refused or not claimed from a UPS store or a UPS agent store within 7 days of goods reaching your delivery address or the UPS store will be destroyed by the carrier on our authorization ,unless you provide a alternate before , orders that require a signature on delivery can also be pre signed online on UPS to authorize UPS to leave at door. On your authorization goods can also be diverted to a UPS store close to you for a pick-up time that is convenient to you. Optionally should you change your mind once the goods are shipped , you must first  receive the goods , ask us for a RMA # and then ship out the goods back to us by a similar (UPS FEDEX DHL )trackable service , taking care to maintain the proper packaging .This return shipping cost will be at your expense.
